Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on our Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes ALL of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the owner (or authorized agent) of the allegedly infringed work;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient to allow us to locate it (URLs);
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone, email);
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Incomplete notices may not be acted upon. Misrepresentations may subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-Notice

If you believe content of yours was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Send it to the same Designated Agent. We will forward it to the original complainant. Material may be restored 10–14 business days later unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Right of Publicity

If you believe content on our Service depicts you (or someone you represent) without consent — for example, an AI-generated likeness based on your image — please contact dmca@aigirlfriend.com. We take these claims seriously and review them on a priority basis even though they are not, strictly speaking, DMCA matters.
